Science progresses and what was wrong before becomes right, and vice versa: in the past in order to feel good you had to take full and regular meals, now nutritionists talk about fasting as a healthy thing… Who do we listen to? In this Round Table we will examine some of the most established and healthy nutritional models, trying to understand the scientific basis, the beneficial effects on health, how easy they are to follow, their nutritional completeness, their safety and their potential to prevent chronic diseases and manage health.

President of the Italian Society for the Study of the Diseases of the Nutrition Behavior (SISDCA).
